I've read a lot of Robert Bruce's articles and even his book on how to induce out of body experiences. I would love to say that I have left my physical body twice but it might all be in my brain. Anyway, it did work and I did leave shortly: quite a different consciousness to be sure. He has also encouraged me to explore auras and how to perceive them. Also, I have worked on his "New Energy Ways" (N.E.W.): it might all be placebo but I do believe I have felt changes or a drop in pain after doing some of the exercises.
