Tame or not isnt the issue

It's not ad hominem if it's not explicit. There have been many minstrel songs bashing kings, no one calls them ad hominem because they are never explicit.

i had to vote against banning, sure he has made some stupid comments but who hasnt, if that was all he posted i would vote yes but i have not seen anything where he was seriously attacking someone, just off the hand remarks with no meaning and failed attemps at humor

It's a defense mechanism where the believer, not being able to understand science,
pretends (through these bogus mysteries) that no one else can either. Let 'em stay.

    :m: Peace.

Even the Martian Blueberries as coined by the principal investigator for MER as blueberries, the scientists have stated that some form of thermal action was the cause of those blueberries. What are all you posters afraid of? Afraid of some real facts for a change instead of fairy tales? Afraid people will actually understand some real facts? Does the magnitude of destruction in our solar system threaten your cozy way of life? Or is it just the magnitude is beyond your comprehension? Does thinking about the magnitude of destruction in our solar system cause your mind to curl up into some comfortable place?

Do you really believe this? Did you even read the reports about the blueberries and not something just hours after they were discovered?

Thermal action huh? Maybe thermal means liquid water in this case? Where is your weapons theory for it now Fiery?

So you think we're afraid? Or are you just afraid of being wrong and not respected?

So either the moderator learns what is investigative science or the moderator quits locking threads because the thread topic like blueberries or crater chains makes him uncomfortable.

Notice that is an image and caption from Feb. 10th. Now notice that the consensus is that they are made of haematite concreted from water with the articles that post a later date. You're relying on old material. Your glib research of this just fuels my less than thoughful attitude about you and your methods of misinformation. You can't admit you're wrong...ever...so instead you act like an ass and spout crap.

the debate still rages between the scientists

One envisions the worlds leading minds neglecting their research to hurry off and join the battle, swords asheath.

    How melodramatic...

If Stryderunknown decides to he could set up a banish thread for Banning craterchains (Norval and friend... in the secret conspiracy real sciforums government sub-forum

, and we would all say our word and then a supermod or the administrator would send craterchains and FieryIce off to nether regions of the internet, then afterward we would shave off are human skin and breath drier lint!

9 vs 11. it is a 50% chance he gets banned then. Either he gets banned, or he does not get banned.

Well from the lack of logic in WCF's post, he must have smoked way too much belly button lint from his dryer experience.

Now that I'm a mod I'm aware of this "truth" I am also aware of the unspoken rule that this “truth” is not told in completion to the members... under punishment of anal probing
