For The Fish, it's the big three: Bach Brandenburg Concertos Concerto for 2 Violins in D minor, BWV 1043 Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565 Handel Water Music & Music For the Royal Fireworks Messiah Concerto Grossi Vivaldi Four Seasons Gloria in D Major Lute/Mandolin/Guitar Concerti I would also toss in Albinoni's Adagio - possibly the most depressing piece of music ever, but brilliant.
