Having worked in the production arena for many years, I've always had an angst regarding Chinese competition. Yet I now find myself defaulting to the relative bargains that I find on eBay, namely, Chinese goods. I can't deny that they do offer the same stuff at an exaggerated low price. Often the shipping is very low, and the product often arrives within a short amount of time. I fear that this will be indicative of things to come. We can't compete with low wages and reasonable delivery.

    As an example:
    Guitar strap--Chinese $.99 Guitar store $12.00
    3d Goggles--Chinese $1.50 Amazon $14.00
    Piezo Pickup--Chinese $6.99 (package of 5) Amazon $3.98 (1)
