Color Blindness and Comic Books

    I've never read a comic book before. It’s just not my thing, but I came across this today and thought it was interesting, if true. The animator, Sean Murphy claims that people with a rare form of color blindness can see an hour glass image inside the timepiece. I know that they can detect camouflaged items better than us, but we can see camouflaged things once they’re pointed out. I don’t see an hour glass. Do any of you?

    Here’s a great video describing what it’s like to be colorblind. The ending was sad.

    In the first image I can't see it but the other two I can. In the circle pictures I can make out a number but not both of them.
