The 99.9% who can control their sex drives. The remainder cannot control them and it drives them to antisocial behavior and even crime.

Interesting sentence from this link is:
"About 10% of rams (males) refuse to mate with ewes (females) but do readily mate with other rams."

Does this show that homosexuality amongst rams has no hereditary basis?
Rams that did not breed would have no progeny.
Or are there benefits to the flock from homosexual rams?

Maybe the occasional gay ram cheers up the flock in bad times
    and so helps group survival.
For example, if there is not enough grass, there may be a part of the field more "fashionable" or with a better view.

    PhysBang,

There was really no need to open up a new can of worms, I just wanted to know how you defined homosexulal (HS) activity, as opposed to HS behaviour, as opposed to HS orientation

Data comes from the Department of Justice website. Look it up if you are so inclined.

Meh! If you can't be arsed then neither can I.

I think it would be a wild goose-chase anyway.

OK: whatever Deity made humans the way they are made them unable to choose their prompts of sexually arousal.

? Control is a sex issue, and vice versa.

Correct. I wasn't claiming that .025% was 1 in 4. I WAS saying that if only 1 out of 4 people who commits rape is convicted, then the number of rapists goes from .025% to .1%. (.025 * 4 = .1)

Yes, sometimes it is. Sometimes it is caused by lust.

Really? You think that this opened a can of worms? It's just the facts that there is far, far more natural sexual activity than heterosexual human reproduction. Far more. You (and others) invoked "natural". That's why many of the things Christians say are crazy.

Like I said I just wanted to know how you define homosexulal (HS) activity, as opposed to HS behaviour, as opposed to HS orientation. Do I really need to specify human beings?

In those cases would you regard it as a sexual orientation?

No. Both heterosexuals and homosexuals have committed rape. Rape is not a sexual orientation, it is a crime.

    Personally, it's not for me.
Otherwise, I don't know, which is what I'm trying to find out.

If it wasn't a crime, would it be a sexual orientation?
