D.C. District Court Judge Richard Leon rules that NSA bulk collection of 'metadata' / spying on American Citizens is unconstitutional.

    (ruling here)

It should be noted a private Citizen had to sue Progressive "Democratic" Socialist Barrack Obama (Klayman v. Obama) in order to prevent said POTUS and Constitutional Lawyer from using the NSA to spy on us in a manner Judge Leon referred to as " “unconstitutional” — and “Orwellian.”

But that's okay, because now that the "Patriot Act" has been ruled illegal and unconstitional and ended, the Government passed the "Freedom Act" and thus the public "servants" employed in the NSA (I bet their Public Unions make sure they're not stuck with ObamaCare) will continue to collect private information on each and every one of us - enough to reconstruct all aspects of our private lives, in complete violation of the 4th Amendment.

    You know, because Terrorist.

    duh
That's why they hire civilian contractors who are not constrained by the same laws that govern the government.
