Don't know Mr. Mudd's history. My guess he isn't a veteran, but I could be wrong.

"Baseball, Hot dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet."

    No, it doesn't.
    Seem, that is.
None of the victims of Republican media appear to have any idea what "socialist" means.

We could guess, of course - Judging by what they label "socialist", one would think they mean "honest" or "reality based" - but that seems improbable on other grounds.
    And not about to learn.
All the Republican victims need is their assumptions about what would have happened, what people's real motives are, etc.
Mudd came up through the CIA. Counterterrorism specialist, posted to Afghanistan in the early stages of that one. W's administration gave him lots or awards.

All we know is that it is a failure. Rather than change this country, move to one that is already an established socialist country.

    High praise indeed.

That is false. It is a success.
As noted: Republican voters don't know what socialism is.
They know nothing of modern political history and economics, either. Less than nothing, if misinformation is subtracted.
This country was as well established in socialism as most others, and much of its prosperity was based in hardwon leftwing innovation - returning it to its foundation in socialist prosperity would be a normal reaction to the failed experiment of Reaganomics and the current degradation that has followed upon that obviously dysfunctional and delusion-based governance.

The people who want to experiment with a modern industrial society lacking any socialist foundation of wellbeing should find a place where it is not already built in - they would do less harm to their neighbors in such places. There are several capitalist paradises available for their settlement, especially in Africa, central Asia, and the southern hemisphere.
    Solid Republican and military credentials.

The success of this country, prosperity and innovation is grounded on a free market.

They might find better opportunity there than in a socialist society.

    Where?

Everywhere it's been established under a liberal government.
Good thinking. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
    And socialist public infrastructure.

Both of which require firm and well-managed regulation by liberal government - especially: the willingness and ability to curb and tax great wealth.
