Evolution should be classified as something other than science

    all of science is theory, and you have to decide whether or not you believe a theory, so all science is a matter of faith. science just uses as much evidence and logic as possible.

    No it isn't. Science is the process of developing theories, it is not the theories themselves.
    No you don't. You can, as a scientist, or with a scientific demeanour, provisionally accept a theory as the best current explanation for observations. You may as an emotional human invest a strong preference for a particular theory, claiming you believe it. That is not science and has nothing to do with science.
    Since your premises are wrong, your conclusion is too.
