France wants Tesla to rebuild its old nuclear plant into an auto factory

    French Energy and Environment Minister Ségolène Royal wants Tesla to set up an electric car
    manufacturing factory in northeast France. Idea is to repurpose an old nuclear plant shut down after the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011 into a Tesla factory. Bringing Tesla factory in France would compensate the jobless nuclear plant workers by employing them in the electric car factory.
