possibly to extend this topic a little
[and offer a little unconditional inspiration]:

    try this.
A free will is inspired to act were as a determined will is directed to act.
The universe as a whole is unconditional in it's ability to inspire action. Events inspire action but do not force action. The forcing of action is usually based on the individuals conditioning therefore self determination which invariably leads to self oppression.

The nature of freedom is one where inspiration is allowed to be utilised and taken advantage of unconditionally.
Censorship, oppressive regulation, vested interests greedilly over riding others rights to inspiration all lead to oppression of freewill and usually warfare and hostility.

Answer: Yes. However, if it is not a robot, and a human, then it is evil.

Who does the bad thing...the inspirer or the inspired?

Adolf Hitler was inspirational to the German people, but in the end who pulled the trigger and who opened the gas valves in the camps.
