    I wonder if a doctor would be required to alert the authorities if they discovered evidence of piercing while inspecting a patient. I don’t think doctor patient confidentiality extends to criminal acts everywhere.

    spymoose, i think what would happen, is that the female would ask the doctor if he wanted a 'closer' inspection, the closer inspections would usually turn up negative
