    Well, I'm all for mold anyway.

    Natural anti-bacterial agent. Thus, cheese could can save lives!

    1] Cheese isn't a form of mold, but it does contain mold. That's what turns the milk product into cheese.
    2] Molds are not universally bad. We tend to think of them as bad because, for the most part we like our food fresh, but it's just a convention that molds are seen as bad. Anything that doesn't make us sick is fair game for the eating. Even monkey brains and insects.

    Penicillin was found in a mold. I'm a fan of not getting lockjaw.
