why Russia ? they should be fairly good. question why/how/what worst possible scenario climate change warming weather changing the bird flu allowing it to mutate in warmer climates. possibly a different strain that has adapted to survive the cold being able to adapt in some unique way to warmer or wetter climate i should imagine this potential will be Europe wide hopefully migratory patterns of water foul that transit between very cold and warmer climates can be investigated to test to see what strains they may be carrying & if it is mutating also. given there may be a potential range to mutation its a question of time from bird flu coming into existence that results in its potential mutations coming to a jumping point where it is able to be transmitted to humans considering water foul per say have been intermixing with humans for tens of thousands of years it may be about time the spinning wheel may be throwing up lots of chances for it to make that next jump. sounds maybe grim but thats the reality hope for the best plan for the worst if i was china(in partner ship with Russia & the WHO, possibly tag in WTO[science must come first] so they can take notes & listen only) i would invite the WHO to stay on & invite up the south east Asian countries to send up representatives to have a global symposium on bird flu & global migratory bird routes & look to see how the pharmaceutical company's can handle producing any types of sprays for farmed birds(spray or feed?) sooner they start the sooner they find something less toxic which humans can eat last thing Asia needs now is a virulent outbreak of bird flu the consequences stagger my mind. Animal Protein is CRITICAL to the survival of modern civilization without out it babys brains wont develop properly & society's scientific advances will start to fail social order will start to crumble etc ... imagine the price fish will go to. imagine the price baby formula will go to
