I have some questions about the aging of the urinary system, can someone help me? Glomerulosclerosis? In what ways does that affects the anatomy and the physiology of the kidney apart from reducing GFR and RBF? Does glomerulosclerosis also means kidney atrophy? (things like reduction of the number of functional glomeruli and structural changes of the glomeruli etc) I have done some research on this, but I don't seem to be able to get any specific informations.
