Yes! The effect is that is slides down my throat and makes my tummy feel good. My tummy feeling good makes my brain happy.
What is your blood pressure on daily bases ?
yes, honey in my coffee maybe 3-4 teaspoons full/day
honey is health
sugar is ok for making crepes and baking (honey adds a different taste)
You mean that one day I had the honey? Dunno. It was months ago.
Yes, I notice that I eat more honey than I used to.
I wonder if the OP meant taking honey regularly...
Y used to have blood pressure in 155/ 75--80 then I started to have one spoon of instant coffee and 2 spoon of honey .I am on it for over one month now my blood pressure is 140/75 regularly without any other medication .
So why do you think it's the honey and not the coffee?
I got to like the taste of instant coffee and honey . I used to have the coffee I noticed it did not do much to my BP. I am attempting to solve my problem. And so apparently it works for me.
I haven't had any honey in years and I'm still alive.
Do you beat 78 years old the american life expectancy
I don't think honey has magic powers. It's a preservative like sugar, so maybe people think it will preserve life? It's basically just a kind of sugar.
What about a twist of lemon?
And a shout of ginger.
And a sneeze of cinnamon!
Not all systems are alike we are not on the same point on the bell shape curve ., If it does for me I am happy, beside I pray for healing , ( that screws your mind even more ) , Again if it works I don't argue with facts in my body.
Still just a food. And wishing is just wishing, even if you do it real hard.
So what is your scientific analysis . I have data for over 2 years checking my blood pressure daily and most of the time was over 153/75-80, and now over one month is between 140/75 to 145/ 80 so I thank God.
Not yet, but I haven't wasted a second worrying about what I eat either.
On the other hand, I do waste a fair bit of time telling people how I don't waste my time. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
