    Sure. The Buddhists even say that it is envy, or conceit, that sets people on the Path to begin with, as a beginner thinks "If others can do it, so can I."

    But envy does become counterproductive at some point.

    WE should follow the theory of love than envy for it can deceive you anytime in a endless dungeon of hate. Love can take you to god and envy straight to the house of devil.

    Haven't read this long thread, but isn't this just the Ontological Argument?

    How can the most perfect version of anything I can imagine not exist?

    The most perfect of all 96 legged naturally born sheep does not exist. At least I'm pretty certain it doesn't.
