Is it possible? I thought you had to be a single mom with 4 kids or something.

Welfare isn't only for single mothers with little paying or no jobs.

    Good God.

    Ok here:

You must be a US citizen.
You walk into the social security office.
You tell them you are disabled so you cannot work.
They ask you why you are disabled.
You tell them you're insane. (You have mental disabilities that prevent you from keeping a job.)
They let you fill out a bunch of forms.
Many weeks later Social Security Administration sends you to one of their shrinks.
You go to the shrink, and act completly nuts.
The shrink signs a form saying that you are mentally disabled. (Too crazy to work.)

Because you are incapable of working, Social Security Administration sends you about $550 every month to pay for your living expenses.
    The welfare check.
They also send you a medicaid card that pays for all of your medical treatment and medication.

If you're also a citizen of another country such as the Philippines, you can go to there and work or do what you want to make money.
As long as Social Security Administration doesn't know you're in another country, you will continue to receive your welfare check.

    Happy?
