Honestly, not knowing anything about the person, I would do a. Now if it were someone whom I disliked, or if say he was very rude to me in a store, and then he left his wallet there, I'm not sure. I'd probably still do a. If he was rude enough for me to assume he was a complete asshole of a person, I would probably do c. Only because I could get into big trouble for using someone else's credit cards. But for most purposes, a.

    2. If the cashier gave you too much change back would you.....

    a) tell them as soon as you notice the mistake and give it back

    b) walk away count it again then feel gulity and go back and tell them

    c) Say fuk it, I can use the extra money

    d) Fuk them if they are that stupid its mine now idiot

Same thing as before. Under normal circumstances, a.

    3. You see a person in front of you and something falls to the ground.
    (looks like a necklace)

    a) just ignore it and keep on walking

    b) you run over and tell them they dropped something

    d) you wait till they walk far enough away and when nobody is looking
you take it and put in in your pocket. (fuk it tough luck for them)

    B. People are more important than things.

    4. You and your friend bought some 6/49 lottery tickets and they asked
you to hold on to them ( you check them and find out that the one they purchased is a big winner 25,000. They radomly picked numbers and don't know what ticket is theirs but you do.

Hard to know how I'd respond, but I think I would do a.

    5. Someone you really likes asks you what you think of their outfit (it really looks bad) you....

    a) just say it looks good you don;t want to hurt their feelings

b)try and suggest an alternate outfit you know looks good

    c) come up with a reason why they shouldn't wear it for this particular
    occassion

    d) tell them it really looks horrible and what were they thinking

    e. None of the above. I would say I don't particularly care for it, wouldn't make her feel like shit, and suggest something I know looks good. Kind of a combination of B and D. If I had to choose, I would choose B though. Although, it's not lying, so I don't see how it has anything to do with honesty. I also don't see how being unnecessarily acerbic has anything to do with honesty, as in letter d.

    6. You are unemployed and you are collecting unemployment insurance benefits, you get a job paying well but they are paying you cash, no paystubs.

    a) claim your income on the next report

    b) claim part of your new aquired income

    c) keep your mouth shut for a few months and keep taking their cheques

    d) FUK it Fuk the government I will take what i can for as long as i can.

    a. The cognitive dissonance would bug me. It really would. You can't complain about lying, cheating assholes, when you are one yourself.

    7. You had an unexpected one night stand with a co worker do you....

    a) feel so guilty about it you tell your partner right away

    b) you sit on it until the guilt drives you nuts then you spill it

    c) you think what they don't know wont hurt them

    d) Fuk it she/ he has no clue I think I will do it again

    I'd probably do c.

This is because I don't think the guilt would kill me and once I tell her what happened, the relationship will be permanently scarred. Things will never be the same. There will never be the same trust ever again. A lifetime is a long time to be in a relationship where there's no trust.

For some reason, I think I could live with a lie like that, considering the consequences if I do tell the truth.

    Well, that was kinda fun.

I've actually been in a few of those situations and had no problem at all with dealing with them honestly. But then I'm an older guy and I don't expect the young ones today to do the same - not very many anyway, because far too many are very self-centered and selfish.

the guy that runs the store across the street routinely gives me too much change, or undercharges me.
i make fun of him, and give him his money.

i would take that cash and rinse out the credit cards. the person your returning it to will most likely not give you the wallet back if it were the other way around.

you dont pass the honesty test because you lied about giving the wallet back. im so honest that i would take the cash, then tell the person "hey im taking your cash ok" then post on here honestly about how i would take the cash.

    peace.

    Return it intact.
Depends on the situation. Clerks often get huffy when you point out their errors. If neither I nor they are in a hurry, and they seem good natured, I'll point out the error. Otherwise, I figure it's a write-off for them and count it as a bonus.
I'd probably say, "Hey, you dropped something". But it would depend on how much of a hurry I was in and how friendly they seemed.
Wow. That's a tough one. I'd probably convince myself that I wasn't really sure which ticket was which and tell them that so we could split the proceeds. If I were absolutely sure which was which, I'd give it to them. But if there was a shadow of a doubt.....
Tell them. Unless it's a female I hope to have sex with, then lie. It's never wise to be honest with a female regarding her appearance. I mean, what the hell are we supposed to say to the "Does this make me look fat?" question? I always want to say, 'No, it's that extra thirty pounds you're carrying."
Is it a permanent job? If so, then I'd d/c unemployment. If only temporary, I wouldn't worry about it.
I'd never tell her, unless we got into a big fight and I wanted to piss her off.

If there was loads of cash i would be torn between keeping it and giving it
back, it could have been an old guys savings, if there were a load of credit cards as well that would indicate some well off guy.

    Hmmm, £500 + cards keep.
Less than £500 no cards give back.

    Now i feel guilty

    Very

    Return it intact.

    a) tell them as soon as you notice the mistake and give it back

    b) you run over and tell them they dropped something

Why the hell would I be hlding lottery tickets for someone else? :bugeye:
What are they trying to hide?
    I don't trust them.
I think they are up to something - I probably would not hold them at all, but if they did convince me to...

    a) do you call them up and tell them they won 25,000 and be happy for them

    Tell them the truth.
Anyone who knows me knows that if you don't want the truth, don't ask me the stupid question. I'm not going to placate your fucking ego and stroke your insecurities.

    a) claim your income on the next report

If I have a partner I would not sleep with anyone else.
There's not much more vile to me.
If I absolutely needed to sleep with someone else, I would break it off with my partner - I obvioulsy don't want to be monogamous with her, anyway.

If they answer D, how do you know they are being honest in their answers to your quiz? :bugeye:

If your mother decided to walk down the street in a rough neighborhood, would she "deserve" to be mugged?

When I had my first job after coming to Norway my boss sent me to the bank with the equivilent of $500 to get change. I gave it to the teller she came back with the equivilent of $5000 in change handed it over and said "thanks, next"
I paused for a sec then pointed out her error to her.

If she had made an error on the order of magnitude of 100 or 1000 who knows .

I would do the "right" thing; ie handover the persons belongings to them and say the outfit is not too bad but its not her style.

I can't remember the number of times I've lost my wallet/other stuff- to have it returned untouched.
