I think there was a survey done a few years ago of members of the National Academy of Science in the US. You have to be elected to membership of that, so it doesn't include all scientists - only very good ones recognised by their peers. That survey showed that most of them don't believe in a personal God. I'd have to go digging for the exact numbers (and the details of the survey).
