Given the nature of the discussions so far in this thread, I'm actually struggling to conclude whether you have posted this video as your idea of genuine evidence, or whether even you realise the ridiculousness of it and are posting it as a joke?

That's the sort of thing that would convince me,
    done under scientific conditions.

There was a similar case (woman in make-up not included) regarding some "haunted" swings in Firmat in Argentina.
A swing would seemingly move on its own, for days at a time, and the locals considered it haunted.

But the "Fact of Faked" programme concluded, after some testing, that the most likely culprit was just the wind.
Of course, those of a paranormal persuasion (I don't mind what you do as long as you do it in the privacy of your own home!) will just plump for the "Scientists Baffled" headlines and conclude "Haunted!"

Have you watched the video to the end?

Your struggle would be resolved if you actually watched the video.

I did watch it all the way through the first time. Hence my comment in my previous post: "There was a similar case (woman in make-up not included)...".
Given your propensity to believe in the paranormal I remain in doubt.

Is that woman a real psychic apparition or not?

Well, I find it on a par with "Ghost Adventures" which you seem to hold as the pinnacle of compelling evidence for such things.
You post clips of GA and claim it as evidence, yet this is somehow a step too far even for you?
And you wonder why I'm confused?
You draw a line so far away from what I consider rational, and then wonder how I can't tell when you're stepping over it.
On, believe me, I strongly hoped that you posted it as a joke. But I could not be sure.
Which speaks volumes for where I hold your sense of rationality.

Right. You're inability to take a joke is all my fault because I am just so irrational. How silly...

You misunderstand. I can take a joke as well as the rest of them. But I first need to understand that it is a joke.

The fault is not with you, but with our dialogue not enabling you to establish such a line, and my confidence in you actually having a line being eroded rather significantly by your sincerity regarding "Ghost Adventures".

You really should run for political office cuz you've certainly got that ambigious backtracking "cover your own ass" tack down to a real artform.

Given that you think it more likely that "a ghost did it" than perhaps it was done with string, or through precarious balancing (as in the "birdcage incident" on GA), you've fully established your ability/limits when it comes to assessing rationality.

And if you don't like the responses given, such that you brush them aside with claims of "overrationalizing" (noting your previous ability to assess what should be rational or not), perhaps you shouldn't be looking just to score points.
Just accept the fact that your previous arguments left some considerable doubt in my mind as to the limit of what you might claim as evidence.
Are you now going to say that even your assessment of GA (as reliable evidence that could rationally be attributed to the paranormal) was "a joke"?

    @MR
No more jokes, unless you first announce that they are jokes.
    People are becoming confused.
    No more surprise jokes, kapish?
