Do thirty squats followed by ten push-ups several times a day.

But find out first if you have hyperthyroidism...which raises your metabolic rate.

Losing lots of weight for apparently no reason?
    Oh Dear. Bad symptom.
    Hyperthyroidism. That's one cause.
Then again, it could be Diabetes, Cancer, TB, disease of the vital organs.
Or a whole host of other things. None of them good.
It could perhaps be a combination of two or more life threatening illnesses.

    Get the picture?
    See a doctor.

The way farmers fatten up cattle and chickens etc, is to feed them grains. Just follow the SAD diet - Standard American Diet - it has led to the current obesity epidemic quite nicely and has grains and and other heavy carbohydrates as the main ingredients.

But seriously - if it's a lot of weight loss - go see a doctor.

Could you tell us your weight and length if possible? I’m asking you this because your length and weight should be well-balanced before you can conclude that you’re too fit or something like that.

I 'd go with a little muscle-building, it can be done in 10 min/day, since the idea is to use your muscles at/over maximum and let them rest/heal/grow the rest of the day.
Good food is, off course, important too during this, if you're doing it well you should grow hungry more often/quickly.

Eat well and yes, see your doctor if it's sudden. This thread is a little bit like when you consult Dr. Google, it convinces you you have cancer
