It may be the H1N1. . . or not. I get a free screening by my workplace tonight to see. But with every passing hour, I feel grosser and grosser.

I hope it's not H1N1, String.. On the other hand, it supposedly isn't as bad as they initially made it out to be.

I think I might have had H1N1 about 4 months ago, I never got checked I just stayed at home for a while quarantining myself.
It was no worse then any other flu I’ve had but this is the second time round for America so it might have mutated.
It seems that its really dangerous to pregnant women.

i recommend he bake himself to raise his body temp enough to immobilize the virus.

the rterm bake is used for lack of a better term right now but not literral bake himself.

also eat as little as possible.

What is the reasoning behind that?

i dont know but for some reason it makes sense. i think that the extra work imposed on the system due to digestion is not benefiting the immune system.

Well, starving yourself can't be much help either..

I say eat when you feel like eating.

and what about the extra lack of vitamins and minerals necessary for succesfful immune response as result of less eating?

anyways, John99 I will diet starting from now, based on your statement that less eating is better against flu.

He is right, you know. Eating in bulk is not beneficial at all. Just eat less and stay healthy.

He said: eat as little as possible [when you have the flu].

I think your body knows when it's alright to eat. Eat when you feel like it. If your body isn't up for digestion yet you won't feel like eating anyway.

My body is lying to me, it does not know what is best for it. My body want more calories, but my mind knows when enough is enough. A war between mind and body is everyday part of my life.
