Seems like one or two people are confused about Sousse and Monastir and which country their in. Or maybe not. Maybe they are fooling around. But here is a map of Tunisia.

my cat is all the time out the house, most times they are in the garden, they have their place, so, she gives new born kittens every year, lol, and when they grow up, i give them to some people, or to a pets organisation, where they keep animals and take care of, and give them to people who want them, anyway
