Actually, no. I've got a ramjet engine for a metabolism. I can eat shit loads of sugar and fat and still be whiplash lean.

Oh I am jealous!

Ahhh I got some disc problems in my upperback/neck. It's been a problem since Jan and the Doctors have just been fucking around, and still have no solution. I went to my first physio assessment and treatment yesterday. I felt pretty good when I left there, but today I don't. They had booked me in tomorrow for another treatment that I cancelled. I told them I need a few days to see how I feel before I come in for another one.

 

You should look at yoga. Its very good for stuff like that. You need someone with medical knowledge of course. Any Iyengar yoga classes nearby?
