The inside of my cheeks are leathery and painful from the salt Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! When I open a new bag of seeds I just can't stop eating them. Anyone else have this problem?
Every time you think you've had enough but can't stop, brush your teeth. It should make them taste bad.

To be honest you should consider that it's perhaps the salt that makes you want to eat more of them. Personally when I eat bagged seeds I go with the natural way seeds come rather than salted. Better for you in the long run since salt's known to be bad for you in large quantities.
Start eating them with the shells on, that should slow you down. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
I eat too much peanut butter... the result is over-production of testosterone, which may very well explain why one minute I am feeling on top of the world and the next minute destroying things in a fit of rage. I've never understood some people's obsession with sunflower seeds, though.
Do you mean actually swallow the shells? Because I already buy the ones with the shells on. I pop a huge handful into my cheek and then crack the shells one by one. The shells eventually scrape away at my tongue and the salt dries out my cheeks. This bag is empty. I still have another 15 ounce bag, but I I'll try to wait a few days.
I kicked about two months ago. I think I permanently damaged the roof of my mouth just behind my front teeth, though. when I split the seeds, the shells would jab endways into it and I've probably eaten five bushel of those fucking things in the past two years. It was worth it for me to quit tobacco, though
Why is salt addictive, and why does peanut butter cause overproduction of testosterone?? Is this only in men? Should females avoid too much of it?
