I got a new (refurbished) HP from future shop... anyways...

I'm trying to set up a LAN with 2 comps(winXP) and 1 hub(Microsoft...I think that's where I may have gone wrong in the begining). I'm using one comp as a server...but my network wizard doesn't complete, I get errors...the network doesn't work...

    anything???

    please???

What are the errors and when you say you have setup a server, what are you using?

much as i know everything that will solve your problem.. theres too many variables at this point. browse www.practicallynetworked.com and follow the lan advice there. get as far as you ca, then come back and post IN NERD CULTURE. this is a comp sci forum, not tech support... here is for questions about AVL tree theory, not playing quake against 2 other guys in yer house
