I heard of a guy in colonial Africa who obviously rubbed his servant up the wrong way--and got his morning cuppa tea made with last night's cold bathwater...

Cold water baths do aid muscle recovery after a workout I've been told.

Cold bath? Eek. I'd rather go for a quick cold shower. I'm not sure where that was again...Island? Anyway...they go into the sauna and then cool themselves by taking a cold bath or something like that. Doesn't sound like something someone should do with a weak heart.

In summer, I find myself quite often cooling my feet in a cold fountain or wherever there's cold water. So refreshing =)
