    If you're driving on your own private land than you can of course do whatever you want. In that case it is your right and you can do whatever you want.

    Driving on roads is on government owned property, which they are entitled to set their regulations on. You don't have irrevocable rights to it anymore than you have the right to drive over someone else's lawn.

    Why worry about something like that? Are you a bad driver?

    If anything, regulations should be made tougher. Especially for old people. They freak me out on the road.
