Sin is disobeying god(s). Until some god(s) shows up, we cannot disobey.

God gave us free will... an those of us who use it to sin (all of us) must find Jesus (he is hidden) or we will go to hell.!!!

John 3:77 "Hey, Dad! Let me go to Earth & let people crucify me so that you can forgive them for being human."

    No.
Sin is the consequences of disobeying God. It is a debt which has to be balanced.

Yes. free will, and righteousness plus dense anger equals rebellion. However, I have no clue how anger found its way into Heaven. I wouldn't blame free will before I blame the one who manipulated it with his consciousness. Free will is just a cog. This is all formulated by science and knowledge.

Sin is the act of disobeying god & we cannot disobey something which does not exist.
IF it were to exist I yet would not owe the jerk any debt.

Just saw my post near the top of this page. I didn't intend to repeat myself so quickly.
Just 1 more example tho of your inability to understand the simplest logic.

    StrangerInAStrangeLa,

The original sin, yes. But through that line, all were born in sin (debt).

Well done. There's hope for you yet.

The debt is not to God. He wants to help you get rid of it.

Yeah! Claiming God does not exist, is a great example of simiple logic:
I can't see God, therefore God does not exist.

But you're wrong, I do get it.
Let's just say I understand why one is regarded as a fool for claiming to know God does not exist.

All sin is disobeying god(s). IF people are born into sin, they are not to blame & do not owe any debt for it.
There seems not much hope for you but if you continue talking with atheists, you just might wake up & become atheist someday. IF you're not now.
IF an omnipotent god wants to help me with something, it will tell me. Until then you are only babbling bullshit.
I did not claim gods do not exist. Until they come out of hiding & show themselves tho, they may as well not exist.
I never said anything about not seeing gods therefore they do not exist. Neither has any atheist in this sub forum in the past few months. Yet you babble on&on&on about it.
No. You're wrong. You do not get it. Unless you're pretending.
What is foolish is making claims you cannot & don't even half try to support & childishly trying to shift the burden of proof to those who cannot believe in something they do not know exists & who are not making a claim.
If you want to state a belief as a belief, I suppose people shouldn't be very difficult with you. But stating something as fact requires you to show it is fact.

I don't believe that sin exists.
But for those that do, most obviously non-Calvinist Christians, they do think that sin is tied to free will. But, at the same time, so is salvation. To them, they're two sides of the same coin. So free will isn't exactly maligned or laid to blame, and they don't oppose the concept.

    StrangerInAStrangeLa,

Sin are transgressions of God's laws.

Being born into the material world means we have transgressed God's law, and now we are bound to pay the debt in order to be redeemed.

    That's quite amusing.

So who is this debt, for transgressing God's laws by the virtue of being born, owed to?
And if God is the cause of everything, is he not the cause of us being born?
So why and how is he transgressing his own laws by causing us to be born? Wouldn't that be rather hypocritical of him, to disobey his own laws?
