I know there are religions within theism, such as Islam, Christianity, Mormonism, etc. Would you consider theism a religion? Or is it just what you would religions under?

No theism isn't a religion, but religion isn't far behind.

Your question is like the question

Would you consider citrus a fruit?

But if you mean something like:

is belief in God enough to be considered a religion?

    I would say no.

But then even if it isn't stated and worked out, one would probably have some sort of system going along with that belief in God. But religions have many members.

Well yeah, that would be the answer to someone who does not believe in God.

Theism is not a religion. Theism is a theological position.
Most religions, at least the most well-known ones, are theistic. But it's not a requirement for a religion to be theistic.
