The theory of evolution is fact.
    Gravity is a fact.
The Sun shines via nuclear fusion.
It takes 6.25 minutes on average for light from the Sun to reach us.
I'm sure you yourself know many more.

Fact is a word, people who have philosophised like people in this thread question the meaning behind the word, which is basically another word for perfect. Most people just use it liberally, and don't think(like the word love), but that is not offensive, ignorance is bliss.

EDIT: Another thing is it's a great mindset for a kid, because it means nothing is set in stone so they can let their imagination run riot, if that's their thing. Scientists are curious kids.

Yes, facts tend to always happen, like opening a door. We know sometimes it might not open if broke. If you don't think like this then you've got problems, or your not paying attention, your body is flesh and bones you drive it. Fact is instinct at its core. Strong belief.

    Wait what? No.

Instinct and strong belief are the nemesis of fact.

You seem to want to push the word ''fact'' into science in a way it may not be used in science.
IMO, if a model was built on ''absolute facts'', how would you alter the model when something pops-up that your model doesn't allow.
Thus, there are no ''absolute facts'' in Science because it is a ''job in progress''.

Yeah, I would nod my head at that to. Ultermately, facts are relative to each person. Everyone is a universe, that is why socialising is good with good people, you can take up new ideas to enhance your universe. It doesn't matter how intelligent you are, this whole thing is about balance in the force. We have lived in dark times, good generally rare, now we have cov19 perhaps a change in the force. Most people seem to be friendlier.. The US seems in bad condition all down to the divide between rich and poor, many people agree with rioters but they shot and killed a black cop the other day. Anyway balance in the force = paradise or Golden Age. We'll always have bad but we will equally have good, positive and negative, cause and effect, the darkness came first.

That's kind of the exact opposite of what facts are.
You're talking about American "Alternative facts".

Or is that ,to use his own words ''pedo guy'' or ''child rapist''?
    My bold above.
Of course, like Elon, I'm not making any ''factual accusation'' here.
And, I won't pay a private investigator to search for dirt AFTER I had made the insults of ''pedo guy'' and “child rapist”.
