A fatwa (judicial ruling in Islamic law) by the Islamic State's top Islamic jurists approves of taking organs from captive 'apostates' and 'infidels' to save Muslim lives, even if taking the organs kills the non-Muslims. Reportedly there is as yet no evidence of this actually happening but the US has alerted its allies to be on the lookout for ISIS organ trafficking. The same jurists also laid down rulings on when it is and isn't permissible for Muslim men to rape their non-Muslim slaves. http://www.reuters.com/article/usa-islamic-state-documents-idUSKBN0U805X20151225 The rulings were found among seven terabites of information (hard drives, thumb drives, dvds, paper documents and other media) taken during the US special forces raid on ISIS finance chief Abu Sayyaf's compound in Syria in May. Here's a translation of the ruling on harvesting body parts: http://graphics.thomsonreuters.com/doc/document.pdf
The big question is : What are Daesh's definitions of Muslim? Do they mention this at all in their fatwa's? As far as I know, they consider any one who doesn't agree with their extreme ideology as being an infidel.
