    From a practical sense, "jet lag" that often can be managed by simply never changing time zones. Choose one that works for both.

    Travel is stressful. Irregular sleep schedules are stressful.Stress is bad for mind and body.
    It may not kill you, but it will take off at least one good year of your life.
