Jupiter, Saturn, Harvesting Machines?

to add: solar fields, particles carry outward from the sun an orbital velocity of 2 km/sec average. that would coincide with the cycloid cusp speed of jupiter's equator at noon, perfect for absorption, "harvesting".
5 hours later the same region, at midnight, rips through the same medium at ~ 24 km sec. can that happen without releasing energy, capturing it, , some heating?
solar heating by absorption at noon and friction at midnight?
