The Kochs invested money with Madoff and made a nice profit. They were early investors and took their money had ran before the Madoff scheme was known. So now the Madoff trustee is after the Kochs, attempting to recover the 2 billion dollars they withdrew from Madoff. It will be interesting to see who wins. I'm rooting for the trustee and all of Madoff's victims. It really isn't right that the Kochs should be able to walk away with other investor's money. But that is the argument the Kochs are making. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...ling-to-madoff-cash-a-new-legal-battle-arises So should the Kochs be able to walk away with other people's money completely unscathed and actually profit from Madoff's ponzi scheme?
