Legality Is person to person. And done wrong. Done right, and done... Our judges don't always get it right. But I do.

Nope. I might be vigilant, but nobody listens. I trust the justice system even though it has failed me time and time again.

Only called it right once where it was illegal for them to do so.

Yet the caveat there was nepotism.

judges are not supposed to "get it right"
"getting it right" is not a thing judges are asked to do or written down mandated to enforce"
their job is to interpret and adjust
    like a moderator
they fit concepts of law with concepts of community and fit those to humanistic perspectives.

rendering a "judge" into a black or white robot function turns the human into the psychopath

You couldn't be more wrong. Laws are made to govern society. In a democracy, they are made by representatives of the collective (in the ideal case) and applied to the collective.

As Dave said, individual "justice" imposed at the whim of a single individual is vigilantism, not law.

Of course. Judges are human beings.

What are you talking about? Are you making threats?
