You don't believe it's a real ghost? Prove it's fake.

You mean ghosts are cliche and as movies often represent them?

    How sad.

Have you noticed a few glaring discrepancies in the description?

Firstly, she isn't even sure who the man is, she just thinks it looks like her grandfather. Secondly, the smudges on the man's face scream old photo. As does his outline and what looks like tape being put across the picture.

You can see evidence of the tape in the woman's hair. Just above the red line inside the box, you can see a clear line going across her hair, and then the corner right inside the right side of the red box, you can see the edge of the tape and it goes up, the edge of the tape is not straight and goes up towards the top inside of the red box. You can see the edge of the tape on the guy where his shoulder is.. Where the tape is is fuzzy and just past the edge of the tape on the right hand side inside the box, where the tape ends, you can see the edge of his suit or his jacket is not fuzzy. But where the tape goes over it, it is fuzzy.

And on the right hand side, you can see that the tape is not straight. Part of it juts down below the red line near the corner, because you can see the clear demarcation in the colour and texture of the woman's hair. The edge of the tape dips below where the red box is and the bottom line of the tape on the right side of the red box ends in her hairline. If you look right in the bottom corner, inside the red box, you can see a different texture and a faint line going down. Looks like magic tape. When you put magic tape on photos and smooth it down, it creates the exact same slightly fuzzy effect.

The same with the woman's hair. Where the tape covers it is fuzzier than just below and to the side of where the tape is. You can clearly see the straight line of the tape inside and outside that red box.

You're seeing what you want to see. Here's the pic without the red box. There's no tape. And the ladies hair is sticking up over his face. No smudge. Anything else you wanna tell us about how ghosts are SUPPOSED to look? lol!

The guy behind her is now suddenly taller and higher up? And the top of her hair.. The left side of her head is fuzzy light grey and white and the right side of her head is a different colour and texture and what looks like a comb over starting on the right side of her head and ends near what looks like a middle part. It is more defined in this image and her hair and the lighting and shadows clearly show how it has been doctored. For example, it looks as though she is being lit up on the left and right side of her face, when the light shining on the cars, her walking stick all points to the light coming from the left in the image. Yet the right side, near her hair line is lit up as though the light is directly hitting that.

Then of course is the folding chair behind her.. The upper most chair shows that how it had the tape on it still, because part of its frame has been smudged out by it.. Just above the handle of her walking stick, you can see the how the frame of the chair just magically disappears into thin air..

Wow..just wow. Your desperation to debunk has driven you into hallucinating invisible tape and lighting inconsistencies. So the whole picture is a fake now. Hey maybe the old lady isn't even real! lol! Don't quit your day job dear. You would never make it as a photoanalyst.

So you can't explain why a structural part of the chair on the right of the image has disappeared and faded from existence before it reaches the seat beneath it? Or why you can still see the tape edge?

I never said the people weren't real. I am saying it's a dodgy photo shop.

More accurately, your desperation to believe has driven you to ignoring what is before your very eyes...

Don't quit your day job - you'd never make it as an analyst of any sort... and God help the poor fool who trusts you with their money, for they'd surely lose it all.

That part of the chair is white with sunlight and blends into the white background. And I don't see any tape. The photo looks totally legit to me.

The sunlight is coming in from the left of the image. You can see this in the woman's face, her cane handle, the cars in the background. The chair's support should not fade away to nothing like that, even with sunlight. With the light hitting it as it is, it should have been a shadowed part near the front of that structural part and you can see that in the upper part. If it was the sun's brightness, the whole thing would not show, and the seats, which are white and not dark grey like the structural part that has somehow disappeared into white, would have been absolutely blinding. They are not.

And it makes no sense that just that one little patch of grass behind that part of the chair is also erased out entirely, and everywhere else, you can see the shades of green that one would expect to see on grass in sunlight.

Most importantly, if you look at the chair in question, the grass around the corner of the seat of that chair is a darker shade of green, but the view of that grass is not grass that is directly underneath it, but past the chair itself. That part of the grass looks like there is a shadow falling over it, then the bright white patch which has somehow or other erased a part of the chair for no reason at all and then the dude.

But most telling of photoshop and doctored photo is the chair directly behind the woman.

The top of that chair, does not line up with the seat.

You can see the seat and then the structural upright that holds up the backrest. It goes up behind the chunky bit on the handhold of her walking stick. Then you see a slight corner of it on the other side of that chunky bit. But when you look at the top of the handhold of that walking stick, the back of that closest chair does not line up at all with the base of it. And the shadow on that chair's seat (it is the shadow of the backrest) would have the sun hitting it from behind the camera man and towards the right of the chair, but we know that cannot be the case, because the cars behind clearly show the sun hitting those cars from the left hand side.

LOL! You're nuking it. There's nothing going on here other than an innocent photo of a grandmother with her dead husband.

And your milking it... as usual, you are ignoring obvious and damming evidence because it is against your claim... intellectual dishonesty at its finest.

How do I know what her dead husband looks like? Is there a picture of him by himself?

I bet you believe the photos of the Cottingley Fairies are authentic fairy photos, too?
