As I watched the morning news today, with so much evil in the world, I thought it would be interesting to compile a list of the most evil people in the world today. There is so much evil and so many evil people, this will be a daunting task. But, I think it's high time we create a compendium of evil people.

    I would suggest:

    1) Donald Trump
    2) Charles Koch
    3) David Koch
    4) Vladimir Putin
    5) Steve Bannon
    6) Kim Jun-un
    7) Sean Hannity
    8) Mark Levin
    9) Rush Limbaugh
    10) Rupert Murdoch

That's my first shot at a top ten list. But there is certainly a lot evil in the world. This list is far from comprehensive. So take a shot at it. Who are the world's most evil people? My list is predicated on the evil they have done in addition to the evil they will or could do in the near future.

Below are the lists others have compiled:

I don't know about the most evil but there is evil and always was and always will be. The most dishonest people when it comes to evaluating evil are those who say such things as, "yeah, i agree, we have to be careful in this day and age!" Has anyone ever had a general conversation or overheard one where people are talking about evil in the world and some moron or freak will interject that there is more evil today than in the past and i mean they literally believe all of past history up to now. as if it's a series of linear and clear progression that society and the world is becoming more evil today than in the past. they are usually religious or believe in 'GOD' types.

What really baffles me is i've heard this insinuation that there is more evil people today and less in past history from quite a number of people that it's a stereotype. they also say it as if it is a known and agreeable social commentary. This doesn't even compute technically, let alone figuratively, as human scum and all manner of sins and every type of evil that people can commit have existed throughout history. I can't for the life of me wrap my head around a brain that processes information so assbackwards/perverted reasoning to believe that all those atrocious, obscenely unethical and even more dangerous society/cultures which were par for the course in the past were somehow less evil than today. it's like you have this urge to slap the shit out of them for such an opinion because it's so offensively moronic.

when it comes to nature doing it's thing and birthing evil people, whether the past or today has no bearing because all that does change is societies rules/memes regarding it or how it deals with it as well as technology, not the number of actual people or somehow magically people were less evil in the past or vice versa. evil does not change, the clothing it wears through time does.

Why this pope ? what have he done ?

This pope is a continuation of all popes so he must accept the sins of his predecessors

He, along with his minions, have spread so much misinformation about so many subjects he has
    • deprived millions from life
    • deprived millions from health
    • deprived millions from education
    • deprived millions from wealth
    • lived a life of privilege while doing all of the above

I never bought into this sins of that father or your predecessors theory. You may not like this Pope. You may not agree with him. But I don't find anything evil about him.

So many people know next to nothing of history yet make statements which the truth or falsity depends on history.

  13. Michael 345 Next for NT Anzac Day 2018 Valued Senior Member

Perhaps the above is a tad hard

    Better expressed as

This pope, along with all previous popes, has ELECTED to continue the practices of the church which
    • deprived........ etc etc
That I find evil about him

The minions of the church bare their share of the deprivation by, in many cases, upholding the practices against the pressures of change

Also holding the pope up as INFALLIBLE in the matters of spirit but continuing to rule over the physical world with their do's and don'ts

those who say there is no evil are also proponents of evil by default. cold logic is not necessarily the truth because you are breaking down into non-thinking component parts when they operate as a whole in life. lifeforms can have ill or good intent and motivations and the more developed and aware the more accountability it has.

putting your head in the sand does not make you innocent nor does it make evil nonexistent. people who think like you are also the problem in the world as evildoers need either supporters or they need those who have no sense of right or wrong or whitewash everything to absolute zero and nothingness to pretend there is nothing to consider.

if you would defend yourself against 'wrong', then there is evil. you can't dissect everything down to component parts to rationalize evil doesn't exist. that's like saying you don't exist because you are just starstuff and a bunch of atoms.

maybe you need a reminder of such things as the holocaust. perhaps if time travel were possible, you could go into the past and hook up with the likes of elizabeth bathory and ask to be tortured for her amusement or tomorrow sell your children to human traffickers since "there is no evil."

and i already know you would never do anything to jeopardize your safety or happiness and those you care for because 1) your logic is hypocritical 2) you do know deep down there is evil by your actions 3) but you are too much of a slave to miniutae scientific anal reasoning, you can't or won't discern levels of reality beyond the physical mundane component. which is actually pretty stupid. even people who are smart in one way, can be a total moron in another way.

this is why people with such robotic minds should keep their evaluations of life to the lab and deal with subjects where the subject of life being violated is not part of the equation or consideration, um, like abstract math or rocket science or how to build a better bomb to annhilate life because there is no 'evil'.

You can not deny it he have introduced changes, there are hundreds of cardinals who don't agree in making changes , but the changes will come . You can not make this man responsible what others have done . (By the way I am not Catholic nor an admirer of the institution )

The best trick the Devil ever played was tricking everyone to believe he does not exist

I am sad that any faith based practices are in place in the first place

As I said in previous post it was a tad hard to lumber him with previous popes sins

However he must own his own sins if he continues inhumane practices

And the minions must own their sins if they stop or slow change

In my view change is slowed not only because of maintaining control over followers

also a fear of thousands of those followers deserting the church

if / when a change comes it amounts to the church admitting it has been wrong for years

The change has to be spun in such a way that it appears the church was never wrong and this is just a update

I'd say: Any ex-bankers who were bailed out, and of course, slumlords. That said, while I voted libertarian (write-in) in the last election, I'm seriously thinking Trump in the next - just to watch the peanut heads explode. Well worth it

I won't bother replying to Joepistole's list, since with the exception of Putin and Kim it merely seems to be a list of prominent Americans whose politics Joe doesn't like. I dislike Joe's politics just as vehemently.

What I want to say is that I agree with Seattle in not believing in the existence of 'evil'.

For one thing, I don't think that it has any literal ontological reality. You're never going to find a kilogram of evil, like a black smoking hunk of charcoal. (Wasn't there a movie... Time Bandits) Nor does evil seem to have any objective abstract existence like numbers or mathematical structures. Instead, 'evil' seems to be a word that applies to whatever we don't like and think that others shouldn't like either. So judgments of what is and isn't evil are going to vary a great deal.

Another reason I don't like the concept of evil is that we seemingly live in a Neo-Puritan age, in which every dispute is interpreted as if it was a moral dispute and where everyone spends all their time wagging their fingers in other people's faces, shouting "Evil! Evil! Evil!" That's what Joe was doing in the OP. That's way too judgemental for me. Not only that, it makes any possibility of agreement, common purpose or rapprochement impossible. One must never compromise with evil, so thinking in this way seems to be a recipe for fanaticism.

Well, here is the thing Yazata, opposition to Neo-fascism isn't Neo-Puritan. Resistance to Neo-fascism isn't in anyway making every dispute a moral dispute. There was a time when I wasn't sure about the existence of evil. But I worked as an emergency medical technician in a large urban area and I can unequivocally tell you, evil in the world is a reality.

Evil is a real, present and unwarranted threat to others. All the people in my list of most evil meet that criterion. Yes, we know what is way too judgmental for you. You don’t judge Assad or Putin for the atrocities they have committed and continue to commit. You are just fine with the gassing of innocent civilians in Syria. You are just fine with Putin’s illegal invasions, occupations, and annexations of neighboring lands. You are just fine with Putin's continued fomenting of violence and threats to others.

It reveals a lot when someone admits they do not consider 'evil' real. People who think there is no such thing as evil in a world full of suffering and vileness are horribly amoral and perverted usually hidden in the closet.

It is terrible that there are people who really do think there is no such thing as evil. Rapists and pedophiles think there is no such thing is evil either. Murderers think there is no such thing is evil. Drug lords think there is no such thing is evil. Human traffickers think there is no such thing as evil.

If you stand for nothing really, then why the hell do you open your piehole to express yourself? is it all a ruse? just flowery opinions on matters? if you were on a jury, would you be infinitely in a loop in your mind? because to you there is no such thing as good and evil in what really is a throwing off of moral responsibility by pretending there is no such thing. it's much easier that way and an extremely selfish point of view. I mean it's just all in how you look at it, right? For instance, if it were a case of prosecuting a man who raped and killed a baby, it's just a toss of the coin or conforming to what society's rules are at the 'moment.' after all, there is no evil. to the likes of you. as if remaining neutral and peaceful regarding the vile is a good thing. as long as life is run by definition of outward decorum.

And those who purport they see no evil or don't recognize it (won't take a stand) are the most evil and hypocritical because they when it comes to actions and when the rubber meets the road, they sure do act in accordance with good and evil in their own life and when their own ass is on the line but they are myopic to extend it beyond them. but only strictly, vehemently (as you say), and very selfishly for their benefit. that's the extent of their concern or optics when it comes to evil. they simply do not care so if evil is not a personal issue at the moment, it's just abstract in their mind. the likes of you.
