What is so bad about it that it sounds like just another angsty pop song, musically quite polished and clean, but the emotions it manages to convey/evoke - the effect is ghastly.

 

Anything by Waking the Cadaver. I fucking hate them. All their songs are about raping women. It's fine if a death metal band has one or two songs about rape. Death metal isn't supposed to be about flowers. But when some 90% of their material goes something like 'burn the bitch, rape her to death, come in her mouth while she dies'...Yeah, that is about more than just regular death metal morbidity.

And their lead singer talks like that in everyday life. Way sick.
