We will (have to) agree to disagree. - No. HELL NO! You disagreeing with me will not upset me. Well, at least 98% of the time. But I cannot agree to it. Where the heck did that come from? What idiot 1st said that & thought it was a sensible thing to say???
I do not intend to insult any certain people. I understand how these silly sayings are generated. But the vast majority of the times someone says it, they are missing something.
But even if I am the 1 in error, why the heck would I agree to disagree. I would much rather my error be explained.
IF someone wants to cease the conversation or the current topic, that is fine yet I cannot agree to a disagreement.
Why do people say such silly things which may as well be glossolalia.

that is my counter culture satire about the overt manipulation of words & phrases to try and trend new expresions of old ideas using words that have quantatative meaning while applied emotively to create ethereal substance.

Not very fast & (especially stupid) not that fast.

Not very fast says very little of how fast. It could be slow or very slow or even fast.
If something is slow, say it is slow. If it is very slow, say it is very slow. etc

Not that fast says nothing at all except "I am an ignorant idiot".

I believe you are referring to "fuzzy logic." This is also a title of a Super Furry Animals album. Fuzzy logic refers to a statement of logic that is not absolute i.e. Simon is taller than Paul. This depends upon Paul's height.

No, I am thinking of clarity & saying what you mean & meaning what you say & being informative when supposedly answering a question.

"How tall was he?" "Not very tall." So he was under 6 feet 6 inches. How very frigging helpful. We will be looking for a man under 6 feet 6 inches.
"How big was the dog?" "Not very big." So it was not a Great Dane or Saint Bernard.
"How far it is from here?" "Not that far." "Not how far?" "Not that far." "Do you know how far it is?" Of course, I go there often." "Then how frigging far it is?" "I said not that far."
"I am not that good at math." "How good are you?" "Not that good."
"How intelligent are you?" "I am not that smart." "Not how smart?" "I am an idiot. Can't you tell?"
