I saw the trailer to Timeline and I first thought it was another shitty action/sci fi movie put out to make big bucks instead of being an interesting movie. I think it's very sad to see how they decided to create this movie as a generic action flick when the book gave the plot and story much more. I suspect the movie will suck compared the book, which was one of the best fictional stories I've ever read.

The 15th century re-enactment group I am a member of will likely go en-masse to see "timeline" and laugh their socks off at its innacuracies. So remember folks, its only a film. People didnt do in the past what they do in films.
