My dick has a face and is talking

    As you can see by the picture(just an interpretation done on MS paint),this is VERY serious,my penis has developed a face,quiet,quiet evil and is talking to me.

    Right now the main problem is; it keep's trying to attack people and i have the major problem of talking to it and shouting,ill be in the supermarket and i have to shout "get away from the knife!"
    when people ask what the matter is i shout "my penis is trying to stab you GET AWAY GET AWAY you fool"

    So i wanna know if there is some sort of cream to treat insane penis disorder,i tried cutting it off but it breathes fire and has told me it has acid for blood,if its destroyed its acid will melt all my skin.

    Any constructive advice will be appreciated.
