My Theory in Regards to Evolution and Creation

Divinity and creation are religious concepts. You're talking about religion.

change is always constant

then we have creation. Proven(?). Basic principle:
The "Big Bang"

Thus,
The universe was created and then permitted time to run its course - namely the time-frame proposed by scientists. (I don't know the specific tally, as I suck with numbers often)
