Good things come to those who wait they say. NASA thinks 50 years is the right amount of time as it begins tapping into one of the last unopened, Apollo-era lunar samples to learn more about the Moon and prepare for a return to its surface.

What do you think they may find now that technology has advanced so far? Any tests that the Artemis program wants to run on the surface can be ran on these samples right?

The gases and other materials that were sealed in these samples may shed light on the early formation of our solar system. It's exciting to think what we may find!
