But to be President, you must also be a "natural born" citizen, according to Section I, Article II of the U.S. Constitution. What does that mean? The only thing that is black-and-white about citizenship and the presidency is this: A child of a two American citizens who is born on U.S. soil is clearly eligible to be President; Anyone who becomes a naturalized U.S. citizen after birth (think Gov. In April 2008, the U.S. Senate approved a non-binding resolution recognizing that McCain is a natural born citizen. McCain was a presidential candidate in 2000 and the Republican nominee in 2008. Gov. George Romney (R-MI) was born in 1907 in Mexico. Romney’s grandfather had emigrated to Mexico in 1886 after Utah outlawed polygamy, taking his wives and children with him. Romney's father, Gaskell Romney, and mother, Anna Amelia Pratt, were born in Utah but married in 1895 in Mexico. Romney was a presidential candidate in 1968.

Let's say there actually is a case to be made here. How come the GOP hasn't made it? You'd think that they's have done that already in the poisonous environment washington has become. I mean it's already like a mudslingers party. Why wouldn't this case be brought up by non-nutjobs if there was ANY chance they could nail him on it?

Are you kidding? You try to get the left to agree on anything! Why do you think Democrats had such difficulty with healthcare reform? Because they find it difficult to agree on something...anything. As for "hate speech" you can say whatever you want. But when speech becomes a threat then it becomes illegal wither it is so called "hate speech" or not.
