Nope. They were quite clear about their goals. Jews were genetically inferior; Aryans were the master race. They engaged in eugenics to try to improve the human race - intelligence, strength, everything. (And by your standards Einstein wasn't a great scientist; he had an average sized brain.) Option 1 doesn't work. That will never happen.
not sayin einstein wasn't smart, im saying if his brain was twice as big, he'd be even smarter. the dna algorithm can happen. I know that a dna code is millions long but there are certain methods to isolate and optimize the algorithm.
