New Posts refresh - glitch?

    Am I misreading or misundertanding the New posts feature?

    It's now more than 90 minutes out of date. There's been dozens and dozens of posts since those top posts.

    This is new. It used to refresh every few minutes.

    Either it's been recently changed to update far less often, or there's a glitch.
