I really wanted to wait until I had an opportunity to use this in-situ, but it's too good .

What a beautiful turn-of-phrase for word salad:

"My husband says it sounds like a new motor; I say it sounds like a dictionary that has been struck by lightning"

    The Turboencabulator:

The original machine had a base plate of prefabulated amulite, surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two main spurving bearings were in a direct line with the panametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented. The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-deltoid type placed in panendermic semi-boloid slots in the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a nonreversible tremmie pipe to the differential girdlespring on the "up" end of the grammeters.

which to me sounds very much like some sort of experimental flying saucer
    The
is the explanation of its construction and operation

I'm been wanting one of those but I'm waiting for the price to come down. I think I read that RainbowSingularity has one already though.

I know, I was just referring to how the latest chapter in the dm story continues to evolve (much like the use of the term 'word salad' has) to the extent that it is now inferred that the thing, whose composition cannot be identified within our current physics, may not have point properties but only wave properties. What next reverse osmosis of de from the multiverse?

Sometimes I think I would like a brain which can contemplate Dark Mass, Dark Energy etc

But my 3 neurone brain (Huey Dewey Louie) remind me they are not interested

Excellent Laurie " may not have point properties " exactly . Hence a three dimensional sphere . But sphere three dimensional at least , waves , vibration and magnetics . And life

Matter has no existence here , since heat and what causes this heat no longer exist .

I saw a good one the other day. A red hat was complaining loud and long that "the left" was "demonizing" T.rump. The best response:

"You seem to be suffering a bout of protestile vomiting."
