This is serious stuff and it's not unique to North Carolina. The United States is increasingly becoming less and less democratic as Republicans use their powers to destroy democracies in order to retain and expand their power. The question now is what Americans do about it? Will Americans standby and watch their democracy erode before them or do they step up to the plate and do something about it? I think it's time to do something about it. And I think Obama isn't going quietly into the night as has been the tradition. Simply put, too many of our fellow Americans are... Ya know what, to hell with tact and political correctness... We have far too many STUPID people, remaining willfully and intentionality blind to the utter rape of our country that their political party of choice is committing. They do not care, so long as "their party" stays in power.
